Job Details. Job Location Operations Center - Lubbock, TX - Position Type Full Time. Description Responsible for obtaining, tracking and clearing insurance exceptions including processing mail and emails received on a daily basis. Reviews insurance documents to ensure proper compliance with regulatory requirements and internal loan policy requirements. Enters insurance information on banks tracking system for expiration dates and exceptions. Works exception reports for insurance exceptions. Essential Duties Process incoming insurance mail and email daily and update system tracking. Work lender exception reports to clear exceptions for renewals, cancellations, inadequate coverage or deductibles. Retrieve declaration pages and renewals from insurance agents, or insurance company websites. Send letters to customers if unable to obtain insurance documentation.
