This position will provide administrative support to one or more District Managers and/or district. They will perform a broad range of administrative and clerical duties to support the daily business operations including filing, data entry, fielding calls and scheduling meetings. In addition, this position must be able to manage confidential business, associate, and candidate information. Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties: Handles District Manager calendar, processes expenses, maintain files and department supplies. Researches and compiles information for weekly, monthly and yearly reports. Performs other administrative duties as assigned. Project Coordination: Handles meeting schedule, agenda, preparation, and presentation ensuring that all meeting materials are prepared in advance and accessible to the leaders.
