Department 769 Pay Range: $19.75 to $26.80 Shift: Daytime. Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworkers gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401 k, paid time off, and more. Our state-of-the-art Dairy located in La Crosse, WI processes milk and produces the fruit juice and bottled water for approximately 800 retail stores. Our facility includes three blow mold machines, which makes the gallons and half gallons for our products.
