The Environmental Services Aide at Oneida Health Hospital is responsible for performing routine manual cleaning tasks under the supervision of the Environmental Services Department. This position requires some weekend availability. The ideal candidate will be efficient, thorough, and possess good communication skills. They will work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of hospital facilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine manual cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning floors, stairs, hallways, elevators, fixtures, and restrooms. Collect and dispose of trash in accordance with hospital protocols. Refill towel dispensers and ensure adequate supply of toiletries in restrooms. Assist with refinishing floors as needed to maintain cleanliness and appearance. Transport soiled linens to the laundry department for cleaning.
