Shipping & Receiving Associate (Day Shift)
: Job Details :

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Accurately log receipt of materials into inventory and ERP systems. Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling. Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries; maintain shipping schedules. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform cycle counts and assist in regular inventory audits. Collaborate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to resolve shipment discrepancies or delays. Wear appropriate PPE in required areas. Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Three years of verifiable work history preferred. Ability to pass a drug screen & background check. Willing & able to work overtime and shift work as required.
