The incumbent in this position possesses the authority during after-hours, weekends, and holidays to perform administrative and consultative work in the identification and resolution of operational or management problems within the ICF residential community of Tacachale. This work involves using independent judgement and making executive decisions as it relates to the day-to-day operations in the residential areas. Notably during these times this position is responsible for responding to and taking the lead in managing all incidents involving residents and staff, to include but not limited to taking statements and rearranging staffing to resolve conflicts and/or potential problems. Responsible for composing reports that may be used by Employee Relations to address or correct employees. Taking the lead role in assembling and disseminating incident report packets to the appropriate personnel for review on the next business day.
