Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including how-to guides, presentations, system administration guides, installation guides, end user training materials, API documentation, wiki pages and technical reports. Collaborate with a diverse team of software engineers, system architects, system administrators, data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, trainers and program managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. Review and edit documentation created by technical staff. Adhere to DoD documentation standards, style guides and templates. Manage document version control and configuration. Self-motivated to proactively identify areas for documentation improvement and implement changes. To include the design, development, enhancement and rewriting of existing documentation and/or wiki pages to improve the quality of documentation available for our users.
