Staffmark is seeking a skilled Process Engineer with experience in plastic extrusion to join a dynamic manufacturing team in West Chester, OH. This role focuses on optimizing extrusion processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high product quality through data-driven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Salary: $95,000 - $110,000/year Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Design and improve extrusion processes to boost quality and efficiency Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation Train operators and technicians on equipment, safety, and process best practices Lead troubleshooting efforts and mentor team members on new technologies Conduct FME - As and root cause analyses to mitigate risks and resolve issues Manage technical projects from concept to completion Analyze production data to identify trends and drive process improvements Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives Collaborate with production, ...Process Engineer, Engineer, Staffing, Process, Manufacturing
