Companion Care Needed

We're looking for hands-on care for our adult autistic (non-verbal) child in their 20s. Our son is sweet and fun. People love him. However, he occasionally does have behavioral issues, particularly self-injurious behaviors. We are looking for someone with experience with that and at least five years' experience dealing with non-verbal autistic individuals who are in their late teens or adults. We are a supportive, engaged family and and are flexible with the schedule. Thank you!
