Companion Care Needed

We need a companion caregiver to take care of myself to an appointment for surgery, stay during the procedure, as well as provide transportation home. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets.
