Join WITRON as a Sanitation Technician!Are you ready to make a difference in a fast-paced environment?Join our dedicated sanitation team and ensure our facility remains spotless, safe, and sanitary!As a Sanitation Technician, you will:* Perform essential general labor to support operations* Sweep, mop, and empty receptacles* Conduct general warehouse maintenance* Clean and disinfect bathrooms* Handle trash removal and manage corrugated scraps* Replenish supplies as needed* Clean the dock area* Sanitize machinery during PM operations* Take on additional tasks as assignedRequirements:* Minimum 1 year of custodial experience* High School Diploma/GED* Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred* Strong oral and written communication skills* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively* Practical attitude with a willingness to learn new skills* Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products* High performance orientation and a sense of urgency about work* Capability to work independently and as part of a team* Flexible to work various shifts and weekends as assignedPhysical Requirements:* Adaptability to temperature changes in an ambient distribution center* Ability to walk or stand for long periods; bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50-60 lbs* Comfortable working at heights up to 90 feetWhy WITRON?* Innovative Environment: Be at the forefront of technology with WITRON's advanced automated material handling system.* Continuous Growth: Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement with ample opportunities for career development and advancement.* Competitive Benefits: WITRON values employees and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment.
