Job Title: Racker/ Parts Control Agent ( Entry Level - Will Train ) Company/Location: Nico Products / Minneapolis MN Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am Monday-Thursday OT as needed (HIRING FOR 2ND SHIFT ONLY). Hiring ASAP, apply TODAY. ____________________ Position Duties: Be responsible for counting, racking, prepare for finishing, inspecting quality, and packing parts to ship back to the customer. Hand dexterity, basic math, as well as measuring parts for first-time processing, are key components of this position. Complete paperwork along the way to ensure the process is completed correctly and in a timely manner. This is a warehouse environment - exposure to heat, humidity, dust, noise, etc. What are we looking for? DUTIES: Upholds company policies and procedures Reads Work Orders and Purchase Orders to determine specific racking or packaging instructions Keeps accurate counts of parts to ensure the number of parts that arrived matches the number of parts on the order and is the same number of parts that ship back to the customer Follows instructions from Production Cell Team Lead/Supervisor to efficiently rack or package parts,to ensure quality products are shipped back tot he customer. Completes all required paperwork for each job Logs completed jobs into the company tracking system Meet expected rates, as outlined by Lead/Supervisor. Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner Other duties and responsibilities as assigned SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to maintain a regular and reliable attendance record (Attendance is crucial!) Fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US Ability to pay attention to detail and follow written instructions Good organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions Basic math and geometry Ability to read an analog clock Ability to read a ruler/tape measure Perform duties with safety in mind Ability to coordinate more than one job at a time Good hand/eye coordination Ability to lift as needed Ability to interact with coworkers and supervisors in a cooperative manner Constant standing on hard surface 10 hours (/-) Comfortable with computers, tablets, and some knowledge of MS Office WE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH & ADVANCEMENT!
