Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking an Associate Plant Technician to join their team. As an Associate Plant Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting trial-related functions. - Support and perform trial-related activities such as weighing ingredients, assembling finished products, and conducting sanitation duties.
- Learn to operate new equipment and utilize operations-related systems effectively.
- Participate in activities related to operational reviews and problem-solving.
- Utilize basic cooking techniques and understand ingredient functionality.
- Assist in inventory management and perform product pulls as needed.
What's Needed?
- A.S or B.S degree preferred in science, culinary, baking, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or culinary environments is preferred.
- Ability to become proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant Nestle systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial scale food manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
