Job Description- Assist in managing all phases of large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports for internal and client review.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Assist with procurement of materials and services, and monitor inventory.
- Participate in meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges and maintain alignment on goals.
- Travel to various project sites nationwide as required.

The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably on projects exceeding $50M, with exposure to mission-critical or data center environments a plus. You have a strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budget tracking, and are proficient in industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. You're detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-based role. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to work on-site and travel extensively.
