Luck Stone Bull Run Plant is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join their team. Individual is skilled in operating heavy equipment safely in a construction or quarry environment, punctual and has strong communication skills to communicate with our drivers and associates of the plant.Duties include but are not limited to:* Pre-shift and post shift inspection of vehicle* Load customer trucks in a safe and accurate manner* Communicate with customer truck drivers to ensure appropriate positioning for loading* Builds piles and ramps* Ensures vehicle receives proper maintenance* Willingness to assist with projects and activities other than heavy equipment operation around the site when needed.* Prioritizes safety throughout site for self and others* Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shiftQualifications:* Previous experience operating a loader in a quarry or large construction site environment is necessary. Other heavy equipment operation is a plus.* Excellent communication skills* Must have a team oriented, positive outlook toward work and accomplishing goals.* Must be punctual. Hours 6am-4pm.Starting pay is $26.58 per hour and could be higher depending on experience evaluated by management.Bi-weekly pay.
