Food Service Operations Manager

Lead and support a team of 15 across an enterprise-level account, setting service standards and driving performance. Manage operations independently, including time management, problem-solving, and task completion. Develop and implement new processes, policies, and programs across teams and locations. Act as a strategic partner to Account Managers and customers, guiding successful onboarding and ongoing program success. Maintain strong cross-functional communication and proactively identify and mitigate account risks to ensure retention. Qualifications for success:4 years of experience managing in a corporate catering environment; food service and/or large team management. (Multi-unit venue experience is a plus!)Big picture mindset with an ability to influence strategic direction and improve process during scalable growth Ability to adapt and adjust on the fly as situations change; willingness to balance different locations based on client needs.
