Automation Project Manager

This position will diagnose and troubleshoot building automation system and network issues to ensure campus systems are running at peak efficiency. The Automation Project Manager will work closely with engineering, consultants, information technology technicians, general contractors, and trades technicians. This position will also be responsible for hiring, coordinating and directing sub-contractors on commercial construction applications. Education and Experience Associates Degree with related HVAC knowledge OR five (5) plus years of experience in HVAC software programming; ability to demonstrate a solid mechanical aptitude with climate control and building Automation systems. Be able to demonstrate computer proficiencies with e-mail, Microsoft Office Suite, Continuum. The ability to lead and direct projects while continuing to support and provide staff development.
