The Salvation Army Midland Division Corps located in Springfield, Missouri, is looking for an individual who would like to apply their experiences to fill our Community Center Program Aide position. Assist in after school and day camp programs. Must maintain and exhibit willingness to assist in carrying out The Salvation Army mission. Enjoy working with children, be a good tutor and perform some cleaning duties as needed in program areas. This is a part-time position at 24 hours a week with starting pay of $13.75 per hour! 1707 W Chestnut Expy, Springfield, Missouri Essential Functions Supervise members and visitors during activities in the community center. Enforce rules as necessary. Supervise and participate in all facets of these programs, e.g., recreation, snacks, crafts, field trips, etc. When necessary, mediate disputes among participants, being sensitive to needs of all parties.
