Collaborate with the Global Head of Mortgage Solutions and key stakeholders, including US Mortgage Operations, to set and execute the vision of the product strategy for mortgage and HELOC home lending products, emphasizing an AI-native approach, innovation, deep intellectual curiosity, and a desire to drive change. Lead the development and enhancement of mortgage financial products/features from ideation to launch, considering market trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and ongoing monitoring and enhancements. Coach the product team to hone their technical skills through the product lifecycle and deepen their domain knowledge. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new financial and software mortgage products, evaluate competitors, and assess customer preferences and behavior.
