You are a key ingredient in keeping our operations safe and productive. Your contributions include:Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and, windows, and other surfaces. Waste Collection: Collecting trash and recyclables from various areas within the plant and ensuring proper disposal. Pest Control: Communicating findings, neutralizing pests, and sanitizing affected areas. Physical Tasks: Demonstrating physical stamina by lifting and carrying heavy objects (under 40 pounds), standing for extended periods, and operating processing equipment. Attention to Detail: Following instructions precisely to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Team Collaboration: Working independently or as part of a team to meet cleaning and maintenance standards. Flexibility: Being available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs. Transportation Skills: Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required.
