The BCBA will play a critical role in providing behavioral support and oversight within a community crisis home for adults with developmental disabilities. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage the behavior support needs of residents and provide RBT supervision to a team of staff members working across three shifts: AM, PM, and NOC. The BCBA will ensure that all behavior support plans are effectively implemented and that staff are trained and supervised in line with the standards of the BACB and California regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BI - Ps) based on functional behavior assessments (FB - As). Regularly assess the effectiveness of behavior plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure residents' goals are being met. Conduct crisis interventions and support staff in implementing crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques.
