Procurement Supervisor

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for complex procurement actions, including vendor sourcing, solicitation, proposal evaluation, delivery, closeout, and all associated aspects of the procurement process; contract oversight to ensure all applicable contract requirements, BWXT corporate policies and Federal Acquisition Regulations are appropriately applied to procurement actions; overseeing and tracking the purchasing of materials and services to ensure all project needs and timelines are met; auditing the receiving / receipt controls of materials; auditing material stores inventories; establishing purchase orders / purchasing agreements with vendors through BWXT Corporate Procurement; validating on a monthly basis that all charges against purchase orders are authorized and valid; tracking the remaining values on vendor purchase orders and recommending / coordinating purchase order value augmentation when appropriate; auditing Purchase Card reconciliations monthly; drafting Appro...Procurement, Supervisor, Accounts Payable, Audit, Corporate, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Business Services
