We are currently building worldclass institutes for the treatment of diabetes and cancer. We are looking for a Parking and Transportation Maintenance Specialist to join the team! This position independently removes trash and cleans parking garages and lots. Duties: Disposal. Disposes of trash and waste products. Cleaning. Cleans parking garage flooring, curbs and stairwells. Operation of Equipment. Operates various equipment including a drivable sweeper, highpressure power washer, leaf vacuum and snow plow. Emergency response. Responds to the need for snow and ice duty. As needed. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the functions of any site support position to include assisting any skilled trade.
