Associate Contracts Analyst
WebMD, the leading health information company, is looking for an Associate Contracts Analyst to join our Medscape Education organization to help manage our growing education business. The Sales Operations and Contract Management Team plays an important role in the managing the paperwork timeline for all Continuing Education opportunities. The successful candidate will be a bright, hardworking individual who demonstrates superb work ethic and reliability and possesses excellent grammar, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft standard education contracts
- Review and approve contracts submitted for signature
- Assist in negotiation of complex contracts with Contracts Manager, Legal Department, and department stakeholders
- Meticulously maintain library of approved documents
- Ensure compliance with legal, finance, and accreditation policies
- Manage the full lifecycle of various contracts (i.e. Funding Agreement, Master Funding Agreement, Non-Disclosure, Amendments)
- Work closely with Sales Operations Analysts to support education sales team

Requirements:
- BA/BS required
- 1-2 years' professional experience focused on contract management
- Demonstrate superb work ethic and reliability while thriving in a high-paced environment
- Possess excellent grammar, interpersonal, and prioritization skills
- Mandatory expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
Compensation range: $58,500 - $65,000 per year
