As the Executive Dining Room Director, you will lead all front-of-house operations for a premier executive dining program. You will be responsible for curating a seamless, elevated guest experience for senior executives and VIP clientele. This role requires a polished, service-driven leader with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, team development, and the nuances of high-profile service environments.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $114,000-$135,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the executive dining room, ensuring flawless service and presentation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals, including managers, servers, and hosts.
• Serve as the primary liaison for high-profile clients, ensuring personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to coordinate menus, service timing, and special requests.
• Maintain a refined and welcoming dining environment that reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the front-of-house team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback with professionalism and care.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support planning and execution of executive meetings, private events, and VIP functions.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or executive dining environments.
• Proven experience working with high-profile or VIP clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of service etiquette, wine and beverage knowledge, and event coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS and reservation systems.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
