April is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager - Wealth Management to play a key role in managing our client relationships. In this position, you'll have a unique opportunity to work directly with our partnersprimarily in wealth managementand serve as their main point of contact. You'll be responsible for onboarding and guiding partners through our innovative implementation process, building strong relationships and aligning with their specific expectations. This team works closely to ensure their needs are met and to address any challenges, with the goal of ensuring retention. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City headquarters, requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site (Tuesday through Thursday).
