Clinical Recruiter
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Recruiter with a proven record for attracting and hiring high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Our organization is looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent research and sourcing skills through internet, phone or other channels, a reputation for exceptional candidate generation with a sense of urgency, and understands the value of providing amazing customer service! The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for working proactively to source and fill talent needs across our growing organization.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needsLocate qualified candidates using resume databases and job posting boardsCommunicate with candidates by phone, email, or in personScreen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within the organizationConducting background checksResearch hiring trends and strategize ways to attract and retain candidatesCoordinate interviews with the appropriate personnelMaintain and update employee files as neededComplete all onboarding documents for new hiresConduct corporate orientation for new hires and properly introduce new hires with the company's cultureComplete proper offboarding for employees such as exit interviews and sending out exit documentsProperly communicate when new hires join the company, promotions, and terminations via emailVarious projects as assigned by managementMonitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hireReporting and analytics of effectiveness of recruiting strategiesQualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
- Minimum three (3) years' of recruiting experience
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or management role
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Results-orientated approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
