Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will support all financial planning and inventory monthly deliverables for the Sports & Entertainment Licensing Group. The position will be responsible for all aspects of FP&A including but not limited to forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, cost controlling and variance analysis. This role requires significant accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Support Finance Manager on monthly deliverables and analytics.
- Assist in the monthly close of multiple separate businesses.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly performance decks.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly estimates and annual budgets including LE/budget BPC uploads.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory aging and obsolescence report.
- Assist day-to-day operations with various finance functions.
- Review expenses, update departmental expense trackers to budget and make recommendations on related adjustments.
- Assist in dilution management including customer terms, margin support and violation modeling.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasting/budgeting models updates to meet management and business need.
- Develop and distribute key performance indicators to divisional channel leads.
- Partner with planning to forecast volume for warehouse and distribution planning.
- Support Finance Manager in building financial models to support royalty forecasting.
- Provide cost/benefit analysis of various financial elements of potential new initiatives.
- Ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Our best fit candidate would have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role involving sales planning, forecasting and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple data sources.
- Extraordinary analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the advanced ability to translate business needs into reporting solutions; understands relevant business area issues and implications.
- Ability to successfully collaborate with internal and external customers in a partnership to achieve goals.
- Advanced Excel, SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office (AO), BPC or similar related business analytics or financial reporting platforms.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
