Location: Maple Lake, MN

Salary: $55,000 $63,000 per year

Hours: Monday Friday, 7:00 am 4:00 pm (flexible hours available)

Duties of the shipping / logistics supervisor:

• Lead and manage the shipping department, including scheduling, training, and team performance
• Ensure accurate, on-time shipment of all outgoing orders
• Collaborate with warehouse managers and other department leads to prioritize workloads
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain precise shipping records
• Develop and refine processes to boost accuracy, efficiency, and safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Resolve shipping delays, damage claims, and errors
• Coordinate with vendors on pickups, rates, and shipping concerns

Requirements of the shipping / logistics supervisor:

• 3+ years in shipping or logistics, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with shipping software, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or sit for extended periods
• Pass a background check and have reliable transportation
