PagerDuty is seeking a Staff Software Engineer V to join our diverse, customer-focused team! As a Staff Software Engineer V, you will work across two teams on all things automation for PagerDuty. This is an exciting opportunity to drive automation architecture across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, AWS, Kubernetes, and SaaS experience in large scale environments.
PagerDuty Workflow Automation enables enterprise teams to automate end-to-end incident response and operational workflows, significantly enhancing reliability, reducing incident response times, and driving operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe base salary range for this position is $172,000 - $261,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies, and experience.
