We are currently in search of a dedicated Nurse Manager to join our passionate team at The Hub Health Center in the Bronx, NY.

Position Overview

As a Nurse Manager, you will deliver professional nursing care to patients in your assigned unit or health center site. You will support medical care directed by medical staff and work in alignment with our organizational objectives and policies. Your role will include managing clinical staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to quality health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient education and document in medical records.
• Lead and manage clinical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
• Review monthly site quality data to identify areas for improvement in collaboration with leadership.
• Oversee laboratory operations and maintain quality control logs for in-house tests.
• Implement standard procedures and workflows for medication management and patient care.
• Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the quality of care provided.
• Participate in leadership and staff meetings, conveying updates and initiatives.
• Supervise patient follow-ups, including test results and appointment management.
• Perform direct patient care duties, including assessments and documentation in accordance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of work-related experience in a healthcare environment.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse License, CPR and Infection Control Certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $96,562.63 to $120,703.05 annually, along with a $2,700 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external applicants. We also offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a retirement savings plan, and more.
