We're seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our top-ranking real estate team in Austin, TX. This role is the engine that keeps the business running smoothly—ensuring our agents can focus on selling while you handle the operational and administrative details that make everything possible. The right candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives on building and optimizing systems. You'll manage the day-to-day operations, coordinate listings, oversee projects, and keep the team on track. This is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within a high-performing, collaborative team. Compensation: • Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 – $90,000 with unit bonuses • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring systems, processes, and schedules run efficiently • Manage listing appointments, timelines, MLS input/editing, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and transaction coordinators • Support marketing efforts—create presentations, manage listing collateral, social media content, and branding projects • Track listing activity, gather feedback, and maintain consistent communication with owners, clients, and the team • Maintain and improve databases, lead management systems, and administrative processes • Plan and execute client experience initiatives, including gifts, events, and post-closing touches • Track team expenses, budgets, and assist in hiring, training, and holding other team members accountable • Serve as the central point of contact for scheduling, calls, emails, and project updates Qualifications: • 2+ years of administrative or operations experience (real estate, brokerage, mortgage/title, law firm, or related environment preferred) • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms, G Suite, DocuSign, ZipForms, and social media tools • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently • A service-minded team player with strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness • Discretion and confidentiality are essential • College degree and real estate license (active or inactive) preferred Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000
