Our client, a leader in project management and process improvement, is seeking a Project Management professional to join their team. As a Project Management specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various technical and process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
Job Title: Project Management
Location: Foley, AL
Pay Range: $46.13 per hour
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
What's the Job?
Respond independently to customer inquiries via call or email, providing follow-up on complex issues.
Document and resolve customer issues/requests/complaints according to established procedures.
Collect feedback from product development and service departments to recommend appropriate resources to customers.
Maintain databases of customer interactions and transactions to support future data needs.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction with client contracts.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in customer service or project management is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
