Job Description :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in clinical and non-clinical roles across the healthcare sector. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of healthcare staffing needs, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare roles such as nurses, medical assistants, administrative staff, and allied health professionals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and credentialing standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
Hours:
  • 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Monday through Friday
