Program Analyst 2 (Warrenton, VA)
Duties: This position includes various types of functional support to the ATO Services Unit to enable the organization which includes programmatic, communications, management, and training. Must be able to perform multiple, varying, and complex assignments to assist in the development and promulgation of policies under the minimal direction of the organization. The breadth and depth of the identified support area will vary and encompass communication throughout the ATO organizational unit and/or team. The identified support area will also vary across units/teams and may be provided by the Contractor at the Directorate level and/or the project/team level. Must be able to generate materials to deliver a variety of communications, messaging, and complex NAS related information across a wide variety of stakeholders. Conducts research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements. Collaboration may be internal and external to the customer and may include senior management, industry, and stakeholders to enhance the ability of the Air Traffic Organization. Specific expertise may be required in configuration management, or risk management. Communicates results to all levels internally and externally as directed. Plays a lead role in drafting, reviewing, and editing reports or documents for final approval prior to distribution. Presents briefings, coordinates significant technical matters with representatives as needed. Minimum Requirements Candidates must have a b achelor's degree or related field experience and 15 years of Specialized Experience related to the line of work of the position to be filled with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. A master's degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience. A PhD in related field may be substituted for Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience.
