CNA or Medical Assistant - Full-Time Location: Silverdale, WA / Gig Harbor, WA Company: Peninsula Pain Clinic Peninsula Pain Clinic, the leading provider of pain management services in the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula region, is seeking a reliable and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant to join our team. This is a float position between our Silverdale and Gig Harbor locations. - This role involves working alongside a provider in the clinic to support patient care, assist with procedures, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
- Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and reviewing current medications.
- Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription refill requests.

Work Schedule:
- Mon-Thu: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a medical setting preferred
- Must be able to travel between Silverdale and Gig Harbor offices
- Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with EMR systems and general computer use
