WHO WOULD I REPORT TO? Wendy Finch WHAT DEPARTMENT IS THIS IN? 5450 Lewis & Clark Work Study, FS - Physical Plant Services WHEN DOES THIS POSITION BEGIN (AND END, IF APPLICABLE? 2025-09-08 2025-12-22 JOB PURPOSE: Performs routine office tasks departments in an efficient and productive manner. PREREQUISITES FOR ELIGIBILITY:
  • Strong writing and organizational skills are important
  • Expertise in web maintenance, management and social media required
  • Strong computer skills and the desire to learn new programs

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Job duties may include but are not limited to the following: act as back up front desk receptionist, provide assistance to office visitors including checking out keys, notifying Facilities personnel of visitors, etc.
  • Updating Facilities website and social media portals
  • Clerical assistance with capital and operational budgets to be completed during the summer
  • Provide general clerical assistance as needed by the department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE:
  • Part Time
  • Hours available from 7 AM until 4:30 PM
RATE OF PAY:
  • $16.30 per hour
WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT:
  • Federal or L&C Work Study preferred
