We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a our New Albany, OH facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a quality-driven mindset, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Location: New Albany, OH Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM) (2nd shift possibly available) Schedule: 4-day workweek with occasional overtime Pay: $18-21/hr Key Responsibilities: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) Report discrepancies to Team Leader or Production Supervisor to uphold safety and quality standards Embrace a Right First-Time mentality to ensure compliance and product integrity Receive and prepare components for manufacturing Feed components into equipment and perform sanitation procedures Accurately complete documentation and understand performance metrics (OEE) Participate in daily shift performance meetings Use pallet jacks and manually wrap pallets as needed Operate computer systems for inventory management and electronic batch records Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements Ensure timely availability of components and products for continuous production Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of work or military experience OR Associate's Degree Preferred Candidate Profile: Able to stand for long periods Basic computer literacy Prior manufacturing experience or exposure Organized, quick learner, and hardworking Committed to quality and continuous improvementThis job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
