The Clinical Field Specialist builds beneficial contacts with clinicians, to encourage and facilitate the closing of sales for Novarad PACS products and to identify and address workflow issues for potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PACS & PACS related product demonstrations onsite or via the web for customers, Novarad sales specialists, and the sales team.
  • Identify and address workflow issues for potential and existing PACS clients.
  • Provide on-site training for Novarad customers.
  • Support sales efforts with comprehensive knowledge of the Novarad suite of products.
  • Assist the Product team by providing insights on new ideas, customer needs, and desired product changes.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering to suggest and implement product enhancements.
  • Actively participate in the Product Development Committee.
  • Aid in closing sales by presenting solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain current clinical licenses.
Requirements Skills and Competencies
  • Critical thinking to address complex customer needs and workflow issues.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, effectively conveying information.
  • Strong negotiation skills to influence decision-making.
  • Active learning to stay informed of industry trends and product updates.
  • Time management to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience.
  • At least one certification (ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB), with multiple certifications preferred.
  • Two to four years of hospital/clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hospital supervisory roles.
  • Background in PACS administration and clinical purchasing.
  • Previous PACS administration experience
  • Clinical sales experience with a demonstrated ability in public speaking.
Working Conditions
  • Frequent travel to customer sites and remote locations.
  • Significant time spent speaking with customers on the phone or in person.
  • Early morning, evening, or weekend hours may occasionally be required.
