Currently, we are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations at our Flanders, NJ facility. This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The Warehouse Associate must have experience in general equipment maintenance, skate sharpening and possesses basic mechanical skills. A basic understanding of plumbing and refrigeration processes are a benefit. Following Ice-America reporting policies, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment and having a strong sense of urgency is essential. An ideal candidate has the ice rink operations experience required to be dispatched into the field, on location to support equipment load in/load out, and supporting event operations on a seasonal basis. Preference will be shown to candidates with functional experience in the live events or production management industries. The perfect candidate must also have a clean driving record and a current driver's license, speak fluent English, be reliable, hardworking, punctual and excited about joining a team of achievers. This role is a full-time, year round position and will pay an hourly wage of $20 - $23 commensurate with experience.
