Facility: Rehabilitation Hospital of WisconsinLocation: Waukesha, WIContract Length: 13 weeks (potential extension)Start Time: 06:30 AM – 07:00 PM (12-hour shifts)Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed; every other weekend requiredShift: DaysUnit Type: Rehab/Med SurgNumber of Beds: 40Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric Rehab

Facility Overview:

• Specialty Care: Stroke, brain injury, neuro, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, ortho injuries
• Certifications: CARF-accredited Stroke, Amputation, and Comprehensive Rehab Programs
• Partnership: ProHealth Care + Lifepoint Rehabilitation

Expectations & Requirements:

• License: Active RN license (WI or compact)
• Experience: Rehab and Med Surg experience preferred
• Certifications: RN Licensure required
• EHR System: Epic
• Call Off Policy: Must notify 3 hours before shift
• First Day Instructions:
  • Time: Report by 8:00 AM
  • Ask for: Deanna Fish or Natasha Gappa
  • Parking: Use employee lot
  • Scrub Color: Not specified
