Compensation and Benefits

Position Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner / Licensed Professional Counselor provides individual and group therapeutic services across the age span in a correctional setting. This role involves administering assessments, developing treatment programming, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with behavioral disorders and disabilities.

Requirements

• Active Nebraska LMHP, LPC or LMFT license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Clean background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB screening and current health certificate (if applicable)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Schedule and Work Details

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-Call: None
• Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
• Patient Population: All male
