Twin City Staffing is hiring a dependable line lead to oversee material sorters at a busy recycling facility. Location: Chaska, MN Wage: Starting at $21+/hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Benefits of the recycling / line lead: Weekly pay plus temp-to-hire opportunityHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPTO and opportunities for advancementSupportive, team-oriented work environmentDuties of the recycling / line lead: Supervise and motivate a team of material sorters to meet daily production goalsMonitor sorting line operations to ensure proper separation of recyclables (plastics, metals, cardboard, paper)Train new employees on sorting procedures, safety protocols, and equipment useEnforce safety guidelines and PPE compliance at all timesTroubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance as neededTrack production data, quality control results, and report discrepancies to managementMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work areaCommunicate shift updates, production targets, and safety concerns to the team and managementPromote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environmentRequirements of the recycling / line lead: Previous leadership or supervisory experience requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in a dusty, cold environmentAble to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbsStrong safety focus and dependable transportationAble to pass E-Verify and a background checkAdditional information: Apply today!
