Selectek has an opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer in Springfield, MO to develop and design equipment for a leader in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: Design equipment utilizing Inventor software. Manages and coordinates product development projects to ensure the design meets requirements. Research and development requirements, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and modified products. Working with Customers, creating changes to existing products and design new products Preferred: Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in product development Experience with Inventor and Sheet Metal Fabrication is preferred. Experience with structural analysis and/or computational fluid dynamics.
