As an Advanced Video Engineer IV, you will design, document, implement, and troubleshoot systems in our Video organization. You will work closely with associated SE, AE and IT teams, vendor operations staff and internal operations staff on system design and configuration. WHAT OUR VIDEO ENGINEERS ENJOY THE MOST - Understand the principles of design and solutions improvement, convert high level designs into production ready implementation plans, develop monitoring solutions, detailed analysis of Ticket information, Tier IV escalation activities, and train others in technologies and solutions.
