The MCHS Director is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating operational and personnel activities and having strategic oversight for the Mayo Clinic Health System Respiratory Care service line to ensure the provision of quality services to meet the needs of those served by the department. The Director provides leadership based on the Mayo Clinic Health System mission, vision, and values. The role includes ongoing collaboration and communication utilizing shared goal setting and decision making with physicians, associate providers, department staff and multidisciplinary team members. The Director will maintain a professional environment and on-going development of staff.
