As the Global Director of Sales for Eatons Filtration Division you will develop and execute on the business worldwide sales, customer, and technical services strategy in support of sustainable revenue and market growth. You will have the opportunity to lead a global sales organization of 200 team members through 7 direct reports in the achievement of sales/orders, market share, price, product mix, and financial metrics. As part of the Filtration Divisions leadership team, you will define and implement comprehensive sales initiatives & programs supporting 4 business units while driving collaboration across the enterprise. Develop global growth strategies to achieve division goals. Manage key customer relationships using industry knowledge and expertise to forge and maintain relationships with key distributors.
