My kids mostly take care of themselves and Just need someone there to make certain they get up on time, throw some breakfast at them and make sure they get to the bus/school on time and they will do the rest. Me and my wife leave for work at 430 so we would need help from 430 a.m. to 830 a.m. and the kids dont need to even wake up until 645/7 so theres really only an hour and a half of real childcare. I work a swing schedule that flips weekly so I would need a sitter/nanny for mon/tues one week and mon/tues/wed the following week and then it just repeats.
