As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Your role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, deterring incidents, and maintaining a visible presence. Responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and providing excellent customer service and communication.

Position Details

• Type: Part Time
• Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour
• Schedule: Day shifts, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site-specific policies, responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols, observing for unusual activity.
• Help deter unauthorized access by maintaining visibility.
• Document and report incidents according to protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CA Security Professional Guard Card preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles, 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
