We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer. The successful candidate will be motivated to drive process improvements with a specific focus on quality within the manufacturing of circuit card assemblies (CCA's). The successful candidate will support: safety, product process efficiency, product compliance, and quality. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, systems, engineering, technology or other relevant discipline.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to read technical specifications
  • General understanding of electronics manufacturing process.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Lean Manufacturing Exposure.
  • Statistical Analysis including SPC, CpK, MSA, DOE.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt.
  • Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Full-Time Salary Range: $52080 - $88535. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
